#Exhibit of the Month

The National Bank of Moldova annually issues commemorative or anniversary coins dedicated to various historical events, prominent cultural and scientific figures, the promotion of heritage and cultural traditions, architectural monuments, the flora and fauna of the Republic of Moldova, etc. A significant place in the coin series of the Republic of Moldova is held by those reflecting key milestones in the formation and development of our country. These coins are the subject of this mini-exhibition:

Opening of the exhibition "From Stray to Star"

October 18-19, 2024

During October 18-19, 2024, the National History Museum of Moldova (MNIM) hosted the opening of an exhibition, entitled "From Stray to Star", organized with the support of the national organization Doctor Vet Moldova and the international organization FOUR PAWS. This exhibition was a platform dedicated to animal welfare, aiming to educate the community and address the issue of stray dogs.

The opening of the exhibition brought together a significant number of participants, including local and national officials, veterinarians and animal lovers. The presence of these officials underscored their commitment to animal protection and provided a unique opportunity to discuss existing initiatives and ways to work together to address the critical issue of stray dogs.

The official opening emphasized the importance of compassion for animals, promoting sterilization and adoption. Participants were encouraged to contribute to improving the lives of stray animals through concrete actions.

The exhibition "From Stray to Star" draws attention to the critical issues related to stray dogs and provides viable solutions to improve their lives.

The exhibition can be visited until November 15, 2024.
