„Fashion and Style in the 1930ies Chisinau and Bucharest”

On April 2, 2019, the National Museum of History of Moldova invites you to the thematic exhibition of the collector and fashion historian Alexandr Vasiliev „Fashion and Style in the 1930ies Chisinau and Bucharest".

This is a unique collection of dresses of the famous stars of the Romanian stage and some of the most rare accessories from the 30ies of the 20th century. Every dress has its own story.

The exhibition represents a retrospective of fashionable outfits from those years, which fits perfectly within the interior of the National Museum of History of Moldova. Also, the visitors will have the opportunity to admire several images that show the beauty, elegance, expressiveness of the outfits and the glow of the creations from that period.

The exhibition was organized in collaboration with the Alexandr Vasiliev Foundation and will be on display until May 19, 2019. Entrance ticket costs 100 MDL.
