#Exhibit of the Month

The National Bank of Moldova annually issues commemorative or anniversary coins dedicated to various historical events, prominent cultural and scientific figures, the promotion of heritage and cultural traditions, architectural monuments, the flora and fauna of the Republic of Moldova, etc. A significant place in the coin series of the Republic of Moldova is held by those reflecting key milestones in the formation and development of our country. These coins are the subject of this mini-exhibition:

Scientific Conference „94 Years since the Union of Bessarabia with Romania”

The National Museum of Archaeology and History of Moldova, the Institute of History, State, and Law of the ASM, the Institute of Philology of the ASM, and the Association of Historians of the Republic of Moldova have held on 27 March 2012 the scientific conference "94 Years since the Union of Bessarabia with Romania". The event was attended by scientists, teachers, students, men of culture, etc. It was focused on such issues as Social Descendants of the Union Creators, Role of the Bessarabian Clergy in the Unification of Bessarabia with Romania in 1918, and others.
