#Exhibit of the Month

The National Bank of Moldova annually issues commemorative or anniversary coins dedicated to various historical events, prominent cultural and scientific figures, the promotion of heritage and cultural traditions, architectural monuments, the flora and fauna of the Republic of Moldova, etc. A significant place in the coin series of the Republic of Moldova is held by those reflecting key milestones in the formation and development of our country. These coins are the subject of this mini-exhibition:

Open Air Concert: Vinnytsia Philharmonic Choir

Choral works by Ukrainian composers

On July 29, 2022 at 20:00, a concert of the Vinnitsia Philharmonic Choir conducted by Olga Baboshina (Ukraine) took place at the National Museum of History of Moldova.

The event is part of the summer project "Moldova-Romania-Ukraine-Europe Youth Orchestra". The concert program was composed exclusively of choral works from the Ukrainian repertoire.

As a sign of support and solidarity, the money collected from the tickets was directed to the choir from the Ukrainian city of Vinnitsia.

The National Museum of History of Moldova is honored to be among the partners of this charity event and is ready to contribute at any time to the promotion of actions to support those in need. The National Museum of History of Moldova is a promoter of peace and peaceful coexistence among peoples.
