#Exhibit of the Month

The National Bank of Moldova annually issues commemorative or anniversary coins dedicated to various historical events, prominent cultural and scientific figures, the promotion of heritage and cultural traditions, architectural monuments, the flora and fauna of the Republic of Moldova, etc. A significant place in the coin series of the Republic of Moldova is held by those reflecting key milestones in the formation and development of our country. These coins are the subject of this mini-exhibition:

Workshop „In the world of fairytales”

August 1st, 2015

On August 1st, beginning with 15.00 hours, ARTerapia Team, a project aimed at decorating children hospitals from Moldova, organized in the courtyard of the National Museum of History of Moldova an unusual, dynamic and creative event where children had the opportunity to know the world of fairytales through painting.

The objective of the event was to create several artworks to decorate the spaces of the Municipal clinical hospital for children no.1, works that will create a more colorful and bright environment for the little patients, and to collect funds for the implementation of ARTerapia Project.

In this workshop, the organizers have created a fairytale atmosphere in which children learned to express their emotions, developed their creativity and imagination, and parents rediscovered themselves through their own children. Painting, game and good mood were the ingredients of this summer weekend.
