The National Museum of Archaeology and History of Moldova held on March 30, 2011, at 10:00, the Museum Education Seminar
"Types and Methods of Museum Pedagogy".
The seminar was attended by professionals in the field of public relations from the National Museum of Archaeology and History of Moldova, National Art Museum of Moldova, National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History, A.S. Pushkin's House-Museum as well as school teachers and university lecturers from Chisinau.

Museum - the space of coexistence and communication between us and others".
In the discussions on these materials there was generalized the experience of the national museums in education of the public, broached the weaknesses of the programs on museum pedagogy, set common goals in integration of museums into school programs through correlation of the course of history with museum exhibition themes, and outlined the general steps in the promotion of museum collections in the public media.
The first seminar on museum education has offered the participants an opportunity to expand the horizons of their professional activities through the fruitful exchange of information and experience. It is agreed that the seminar becomes a traditional, annual event.
